Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro Face LM4301TADAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Queensgate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prosoft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP2500SC4124 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPS3330ANA manufactured by Queensgate and we are pleased to be able to service most Queensgate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MV156CLVM by Manufacturer Prosoft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-face Brand PFXPP180BD23K04N00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as 362000305 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MAR25104 made by Raymond as well as the popular TMC1000 original spares produced by Pulnix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 328000702 by Proface-Pro-face and 362000305 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K039 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qterm.
